Room front sea, nice view

The room smell of mildew and there wasn't hairdryer and shampoo on request. Only cash payment, far away to center of Lamai.

Located exactly at the seashore. We stayed at the room with the veranda on the beach.

The room we stayed at was not what we expected for its cost. The wardrobe was not closing, the shower not always worked. The pillows were not to our liking, too hard and too high. The price for such a place shall be at least two times lower, but they made us pay in advance before we have seen the room. The veranda does not have any roof which is excellent in good weather but when it is raining you have to stay in the room, and the room was such that you don't want to be there longer than absolutely necessary. The beach was not clean even in comparison to nearby small hotels due to lack of staff efforts. The lady owner of the place was checking us daily and making comments about our cleanliness, without taking care of the beach which was trashed after storm. I would recommend staying in other places on the same beach as the only thing that we liked was the sea nearby.

I took beach front. 3 meters to sea. The view was very nice! I Liked veranda, and front doors made of glass. You can wake up, and see the sea. The beach here was quiet and relaxing, not too many people around. Although its 5 min walk to Lamai central street full of shops, restaurants, night life, etc. And it's like 15 min by taxi or bike to chewang. The room was clean, no any bugs, or geckos inside! And it was cleaned every day. Also staff took a good care on maintaining beach and surroundings.

I didn't like the sea here. Very shallow and muddy. I cut my leg two times by the rock hidden in muddy water. Also there is very stinky river near by. Some strange things happened to water in bathroom. Sometimes there was no water in shower. Wifi quality generally was pretty bad (for skype calls). No coffee included :-(
